Every edition is dedicated to a specific topic and welcomes a speaker who shares tools, methods and insights on Service Design and satellite disciplines. Moreover, the Drinks are hosted in a new location each time ranging from design agencies, co-working spaces to neighborhood bars. The event is organized by Service Design Berlin. Service Design Berlin’ connects user experience and service designers, customer service experts and design thinkers as well as everyone interested in the discipline. Its goal is to bring people with a service-oriented mindset together and create platforms for sharing experiences, exploring new tools and expanding knowledge.

The Service Design Drinks is an event that aim at being a meeting point of the Service Design community in Berlin. Every edition we bring a different speaker that share tools, methods and insights on Service Design and satellite disciplines.

We have always provided the slides with the content from the presentations .

And sometimes, even videos, like Claudia Brückner talking about event experience design.

You can also check the pictures and see yourself, your friends and other famous designers enjoying the night.

The total costs for the drinks is 500€. They are usually sponsored. However it is being hard to get sponsors for the drinks and it compromises its earlier announcement. Since it is an independent event we need your support: if the 100 people that usually come to the drinks donate 5€, we can provide the drinks totally for free.

This donation is not a ticket. The event is still open for all and you can support that more and more people will join our community.

What about helping to keep one of the most successful Berlin events rolling?
